March 6 presentation about project

Dear Students,

Here is what you need to present for coming Tuesday, March 6, the mid-review of project detailing.

A powerpoint presentation, timeframe of 6-9 minutes for each group. The structure of presentation:

1) Concept. Similar as before, only it must be refined to as finished as possible.

2) Functional and spatial structure, 2D and 3D. This time the zoning should be categorized and include approximate square meters to reveal the total balance of space usage. I'd like to see it in all sketch-level floor plans of all buildings in all territory. Make one 2D image for each floor (underground, street level, first, second and etc. floors). The functional zonings should be listed in this order and include areas:

- residential

- office

- shops and sales

- art and other light workshops or galleries

- industrial

- all the rest of functions if any.

One slide should show the summary of ALL built space in all floors together.

Make as good 3D imagery as possible for this stage. Images should reveal approximate facades, the materials used and be illistrated with surrounding, people and also main landscaping elements. 

3) Sustainability principles. These should be refined to express ALL main features implemented in the project. Concentrate on innovational elements and high-tech systems.

We will be in auditorium 406 and we will start at 12:30 sharp. The order of presentations according to uploads into our blog. And please, make the slides in English language.
